Workspaces are controlled by the organization that creates them. Workspace administrators manage membership and roles. You must have authority to act on behalf of any organization for which you configure a workspace.

TraceScanMatch aggregates and matches against third-party watchlists to support your compliance decisions. Screening output is decision-support, not legal advice or a final determination. You remain responsible for your compliance program and for the decisions you make using the service.
We retain all rights in the service and our software. You retain all rights in the content your team submits. You grant us only the limited rights needed to operate the service for you.
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from the service is limited as set out in your agreement with us.
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms or to protect the service and its users. On termination, we handle your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
